How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@zyvrapets.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Return Eligibility

- No return is required — simply email us and we will process your refund.
- If you choose to return the item, it should be in the same condition as received with all components included.
- Items showing misuse or accidental damage not caused by our error may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
